This one was posted on my blog on January 17, 2011 and I decicided to share here as well.
The students of the moment are the future.. bla bla bla.
Yes, we are aware of that. Ok, so maybe we just got it now, as we start to look in the mirror, smile and see that facial expression (I prefer to call them so than young wrinkles) and realize that we are growing up. Here we are taking decisions, building projects, and constantly being reminded how immature we are.
We seem crazy but we enjoy history, literature and alcohol. Don’t you dare judge us. I’m sure out of the list 5 of you like all three, 2 of you just like literature, and 50 of you just like the booze.
Never underestimate the knowledge a single being can acquire; no matter who he is. So teach us well and show us the world in words and pictures, so we will stick to where we are, and won’t be addicted to curiosity. Knowledge, not sport, keeps us on track.
Just an opinion this time. A strong one.
